Xenon

...Somewhere among the mountains in the deeper lands of Monovia, is a wide valley, with a lake of rainwater that has remained for thousands of years. A tale lived among the modest villagers there, a tale which they still tell and believe. The tale speaks of a Prince who had fallen into the lake, in the valley between the two mountains. They named him Xenon, which meant 'Stranger, or Foreigner'; for he was a stranger from the Other Void.

In his despicable planning to become Lord of the Other Void, Severin began to defeat the kingdoms, one by one, humiliating and/or killing the rulers. Xenon's turn came, and when Severin sent his armies to strike, it all happened so suddenly, in no time for Xenon to be aware of an attack in order to fight back. Xenon was traumatized throughout the destruction of his kingdom. He was baffled, shocked and perplexed, he was almost immobilized. Severin was amused by his shock, and he decided to banish him to the neighboring human dimension, to let him live and tell the awful tale of his defeat, to immortalize his shock. 

Xenon, after thousands of years of roaming the human world, his trauma lived with him, until he became a riddler, (which is like a symbolic of him wondering about what happened and what struck). My ideas of this is vague now (I might also edit some of the ideas here), I need to do more thinking, but that's what I have right now

I came up with him when I was in Cyprus so I decided to make him Greekish I got a chance to see the mountainous terrains there, with one sight of a wide lake of water collected in a valley, it was beautiful ;u; And I always liked life in the modest villages, but going there in person and seeing it all was a unique experience, and I was inspired to base a story in such a setting, to come up with a folklore of some sort When it came to design, I wanted to add in inspirations of Greek mythology, just to complete the theme ^^

Moreover, Xenon is an Entity, but not vile and nasty like the others xD He is a bit...odd, being confused preplexed and always in a 'wondering' state.
