I think this is my love for microbiology manifested in a form of a man 
XD
This is more than a month old, and I deliberately delayed posting it because he remained nameless for a loong time.
His name is finally decided, and so, meet my third mad scientist, Alexei Vo. (Short for Voheleon) Oh and, he's a Monovian (because I was running short on Monovians) and this also means he has a Greek accent x3)
He's designed to be a scientist and a musician at the same time; I loved to add the latter element to him, just to make him pop a bit more. He's possibly a pianist too. Oh, and don't be fooled by how he seems to be calm and serious; he's a maniac, but just wait for it xD He's pretty sassy, and he could care less about people, because of the authority he's given for wide research
There is a crazy, crazy, crazy surprise I'm tempted to do with him. Because he fits nicely with a certain something :iconplanplz: Until I decide, I'll reveal it xP
