Qalhoun reference sheet

I designed him while doing this ref sheet. There was a tiny forgotten doodle in my writer's journal during my last high school days, a concept for playing around with the traditional Scottish outfit. As you may already know from my other ocs, some characters in my story are designed to be fantasy adaptations from real existing cultures that fascinate me. 

There shouldn't be new ocs popping out that don't have a role planned in advance, but I couldn't help myself

Anyways...Qalhoun here is a really, really tough guy. This guy kicks ass, no joke about that xD He was actually a pro wrestler before he enlisted. His sword is like an accessory most of the time; he likes using his fists as weapons. He uses a type of of old Requian martial arts. He trained for it all his life, and now he can actually wrestle against mountain beasts. He knows Jasper well, and was his partner many times in the past, but Qalhoun's competitive, taunting nature made a type of friendly rivalry arise between him and Jasper. His personality made him  a trouble maker throughout the years, and he's known by how eager he can be about starting a fight, and battling through it. 

He doesn't grow insecure about the scar he has, and he doesn't bother to cover it in any way. And his hair oddly changes color during the day and night, no one knows why it had long intrigued scientists.

Qalhoun is actually the one who brought Wtikowski out of jail and made him enlist (he saw something in him), eventually making him Captain of a division the he would soon command, the Black Berets, a special operations team. Other generals bear a grudge against Qalhoun because of this, but Qalhoun holds a position where "he does what he wants and no one can talk to him about it" and thus no one can confront him  about Witkowski's enlistment.}
