FINALLY I desperately wanted to come up with a Monovian oc while in Cyprus a few months back, and I came up with him, but took me a while to finally draw him digitally ;n;

This is Kousteon Kostasyous (Kousto Kostas)  (...the Monovians are known to have really long names so most have official shortened versions ) He's an investigator, pretty much like Eaton & Dante, but he works in more of a governmental department, where Prince Icarus demands investigations to be made about the different paranormal phenomenons that arise and concern the people.

He will be investigating Xenon's mystery in the rural areas of Monovia >u>

_{I noticed how the Cypriots tend to have a feature of having 'denser' eyelashes that -to me- makes them seem as if their eyes are naturally lined with kohl, and I really like that feature, so along with the tanned skin tone I tried to make Kostas have eyes like that xP}

I know that most of the Monovian characters have black hair but that's really a Monovian thing, so...>u>; 

And teh background...I hope it looks like a glass window (I suck at chairs omg)
