"Prime Minister!"

...This is the incident, that startled Vorium and changed this man, forever.

<sub>He was attacked by some mysterious individuals, as an assassination attempt.
He lost his eye, suffered a head injury and severe heart injury. People couldn't believe that he survived.

Dr. Zossheim was forced to apply the cybernetic devices he created, despite them not being fully tested yet, for the sake of saving Wagner's life. And eventually, it worked...but he later became a monster. 

What's sadder is that the accident happened when he was still good, like he still wasn't possessed and turned evil. He was a good man  (He was prime minister before he rose into higher power and became warlord and a tyrant) Nobody new why, but right after he recovered from the incident, he turned evil.</sub>
